Legacy Essential Health, LLC-LA is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as result of your misuse of our website.

Our licensed provider can only provide clients medical advice and treatment plans based on client’s ability to share pertinent medical history. If the client withholds any medical history to include personal medical history, family history, past history, or current history that affects the provider plan of care, the provider will not be liable for treatment processes based on false information. However, the provider may or may not be liable for not following the standard of care practices when the provider fails to deliver the level of skill and care that a reasonably competent peer would provide under similar circumstances. To establish liability, a client must prove a legal duty, breach of that standard, injury, and direct causation.

Legacy Essential Health, LLC-LA reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Legacy Essential Health, LLC-LA and the user.
