Lucretia is a Louisianan to heart. Born and raised in South Louisiana, she loves engaging in our rich culture, reading, vacationing, taking walks, and eating some of the best cuisines in our area. Spending time with family and friends keeps her calendar very busy. Lucretia is a member of the Mystic Krewe of Femme Fatale, an all female Mardi Gras Krewe in the Greater New Orleans Area (NOLA), and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She is a proud veteran of the US Army Reserves, retired rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LTC-R) with over 26 years of service.
Lucretia is married to Alton James, Jr. and they have two adult sons.
